ATFX LATAM team members (Gissel, Melissa, Irvin, Zaid, Uriel, Eduardo and Karina) had the opportunity to visit APAC headquarters in Mexico City on October 15th, 2021. APAC is a charity that focuses on helping people of all ages who have cerebral palsy, they offer programs such as educational, physical and baking programs to help them increase their quality of life quality now and in the future.
The ATFX team met with Guadalupe Maldonado (general management), Stefania Rivera (Manager of National Acquisitions), Daniela Montenegro (Head of Events), and six students who attend the APAC facilities whom ATFX will sponsor. This sponsorship consists of physical therapy, school supplies and educational classes for the students. With Halloween close by, ATFX LATAM Team also gave away toys and facemasks to the kids and family members who were present on the day of the visit.
Pedro Zaid Meneses Morales, VP Regional of LATAM, commented: “As a growing company we have to look into ways of helping communities grow as well. We also like to give our employees the opportunity to give back and get involved in change”.
In 2022, ATFX is looking into increasing its community collaboration in needed communities to decrease the inequality disadvantages and help future leaders achieve their goals.
