Helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

I had the opportunity of speaking with Chaema this morning regarding an issue I had with accessing my Client Portal,Chaema was very helpful.polite and knowledgeable.The problem was quickly resolved.
I had a similiar issue with another Broker where the issue is still outstanding.

Segregated accounts, fast execution of trades

ATFX is a broker that’s really committed to providing a safe trading environment. They have segregated accounts, meaning, client funds are separated from company funds. This assures us that they won’t be able to use funds of their clients for internal purposes. Execution at ATFX is quick, as well as its withdrawal. I like ATFX’s customer support, very professional. They know what they’re doing, and they’re very polite and patient.
