When you open an online trading-account with ATFX, you have the opportunity to trade a wide range of financial products. As well as access to the markets, you also receive innovative tools, high class education and award winning customer service with our account.

ATFX Account

The spreads you pay are very competitive. There’s no commission and no hidden charges. You’ll execute your trades through the MT4 trading platform, which is regarded as one of the best trading platforms on the market.

You experience STP access when trading FX currency pairs via the MT4 platform and your ATFX account. This straight-through processing ensures latency is kept low. Your trades are cleanly routed directly to the market as soon as possible without any broker interference.

The ATFX trading account is suitable for all levels. Your experience doesn’t matter because the account when combined with MT4, can be as simple or sophisticated as you need it to be.

When you trade contracts for difference (CFDs) you purchase the difference in price from the point at which you open the contract until it’s closed. You can trade CFDs with a reduced margin, and you can apply greater leverage on your CFD trading.

Below you will find additional information regarding your trading account and our services.

Trading time is from 00:01 to 22:59. The time zone on the trading platform is set to GMT+2 (Greenwich Mean Time) or GMT+3 for Daylight Saving Time.

The transaction time for precious metals, crude oil and indices is different. Please refer to the product specifications for details on transaction times.

When margin level is equal to or less than 30%, a stop out occurs.

Interest will be imposed to the opening positions at the time of 00:00 on the platform. For details of interests, please refer to the ‘Specifications’ in Market Watch.

Spreads are charged only when a position is opened successfully, and they vary with the spreads quoted by the liquidity suppliers.

The margin requirement for hedged positions is 30% of the total margin amount.

We provide an STP trading mode.

All market orders will be delivered to the market and executed at a tradable price offered by the market. After the orders are executed, the transaction information will be sent to the investor’s MT4 platform. The market orders execution price is often influenced by the following factors:

1. Whether the liquidity of the banks is sufficient.

2. Whether the market price has changed. This can happen rapidly.

3. Whether the MT4 platform issues the transaction instruction to the company’s MT4 server.

There are four types of pending order:

  • Buy Limit

  • Buy Stop

  • Sell Limit

  • Sell Stop

Stop Loss and Take Profit will close the pending orders.

All orders are linked to the company’s instructions on the server. When the market price reaches the price of pending orders, the pending order will be triggered, transacted and executed as market orders. However, the pending orders cannot be guaranteed to execute at the original set price under any situation.
