The Securities and Exchange Regulatory Authority of Cambodia (SERC) was established under the Law on Non-Governmental Securities Issuance and Trading (Preah Reach Kram No NS/RKM/1007/028). SERC manages the securities industry in Cambodia to contribute to socio-economic development by mobilizing capital from the public and securities investors, meeting the financial needs of investors.

The Colombian Financial Supervision Authority (Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia – SFC) is the state regulatory body responsible for ensuring the transparency, stability, and safety of the national financial market.

Internationally, the SFC performs a rigorous and specialized supervisory function over the representative offices of foreign financial institutions operating in Colombia. Its management responsibilities focus on ensuring that the activities of these representative offices are limited to the scope of their licenses, including the promotion and introduction of financial services; and on monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations and preventing any illegal financial intermediation activities within Colombian territory.

The primary objective of the SFC is to protect the interests of local investors and consumers, while maintaining the stability and integrity of the Colombian financial system.
