  2. If you select Individual Wealth or Controlled Entity:
    • Our team will email you the required certificate form.
    • Forward that form to your qualified accountant for completion and e-signature.
Once your accountant has signed, no further action is needed—your signed certificate will return automatically to us.

Wholesale Client Information Statement

Please tick the first box adjacent to the following statement that is applicable to you

1. Individual Wealth

I am a high net worth investor.

The financial product is not provided to me for use in connection with a business and I will give ATFX a copy of a certificate given by a qualified accountant within the preceding 2 years stating that:

  1. my net assets are at least $2.5 million; or
  2. my gross income for each of the last 2 financial years was at least $250,000 a year.
Our team will email you the required form, which should be forwarded to your accountant for completion and signature.​
2. Controlled Entity

I am a company or trust controlled1 by a person who is a high net worth investor.

ATFX will require a certificate from a qualified accountant confirming that the controller meets the same financial criteria outlined in Item 1 (Individual Wealth). ​

3. Professional Investor

I am the trustee of a superannuation fund with net assets of at least $10 million.

I have or control gross assets of at least $10 million (including any assets held by an associate or under a trust that I manage).

I am a financial services licensee.

I am a listed entity or a related body corporate of a listed entity.

I am a body regulated by APRA.

I am an exempt public authority2.

I carry on an investment business3 and I raise funds for investment purposes from the public.

4. Large business

I will/may acquire the financial product for use in connection with a business that is not a small business4.

5. Related body corporate

I am a related body corporate of a wholesale client.

SUBMIT
  1. One entity controls another if the first entity has the capacity to determine the outcome of decisions about the second entity’s financial and operating policies, when taking into account the practical influence that the first entity can exert (rather than the rights it can enforce) and any practice or pattern of behaviour affecting the second entity’s financial or operating policies.
  2. An exempt public authority is a body corporate incorporated within Australia or an external Territory that is:
    1. a public authority; or
    2. an instrumentality or agency of the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, in right of a State or in right of a Territory.
  3. This statement requires that the Client is a body corporate, or an unincorporated body or a foreign entity, that:
    1. carries on a business of investment in financial products, interests in land or other investments; and
    2. for those purposes, invests funds received (directly or indirectly) following an offer or invitation to the public the terms of which provided for the funds subscribed to be invested for those purposes.
  4. Small business means a business employing less than:
    1. if the business is or includes the manufacture of goods, 100 people; or
    2. otherwise, 20 people.
