  • Please note: Your bank account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request. Funds will be returned to the client’s original payment source used to deposit. For example, if a deposit is made by credit card, funds will be returned to the same credit card.
  • *Processing time is indicative only, ATFX shall not be held liable for any delay in processing.
  • All withdrawal requests received on a business day before 2pm (UK time) will be processed on the same day. Any requests received after this time will be processed on the next available working day.

How to Deposit Funds?

Log in to the secure Client Portal section of our homepage, then click “Deposit”.

You have the choice of depositing funds by ‘bank wire transfer’ or ‘deposit online’, (Credit/Debit Card via card solutions, E-wallet via Skrill & Neteller.)

Through Online Bank Deposit and Bank Wire. (Skrill, Neteller & Safecharge)

Deposit Fees?

Online Bank Deposit: ATFX charges no deposit fees.

Bank Wire Deposit: There are bank remittance charges and potential interbank deposit charges. Please refer to your bank for the actual charges.

Time Needed for Funds Credited into Account?

How long will it take for funds to be credited into my MT4 account?

The fastest way to deposit funds with ATFX is to use a credit/debit card or E-wallet. After succesful authrisation, payment will be credited to your account within 30 minutes.

To fund your ATFX account you can log in to the client portal on our homepage to make a deposit by credit/debit card or E-wallet card.

Online Bank Deposit: After the remittance is successful, please send your remittance advice to payments.uk@atfx.com. In your email, please specify your trading account number. Upon receiving your remittance advice with all necessary information, your funds will be credited into your account as soon as possible. The UK Bank Account cut off is at 15:00. After this time any deposits will be handled the following day.

Bank Wire Deposit: After the remittance is successful, please send your remittance advice to payments.uk@atfx.com. In your email, please specify your trading account number. It takes around 2 to 5 working days for international bank wire remittance to credit our bank account. As such we will not credit your trading account until the funds have cleared. Please refer to your bank about the actual time required for processing.

Please note: ATFX does not accept any third-party payments. All deposits should be from your own personal account. We will never accept funds from your friends or family on your behalf, this also applies to funds from your business account.

Withdrawal Process

How to Withdraw Funds?

Log in to the secure Client Portal section of our homepage, then click “Withdrawal”. In order to improve efficiency, we limit clients to one withdrawal request per day.

Methods of Withdrawal?

Through Online Bank Withdrawal and Bank Wire, Credit/Debit Card and E-wallet. ATFX will always return funds to the original source.

Withdrawal Fee?

Bank withdrawal fee: The bank wire withdrawal is free-of-charge.

How long will it take for funds to be returned to me?

Once the funds from your trading account have been removed, it generally takes around 1 to 3 working days for funds to clear. Please refer to your bank about the actual time required for processing.

Bank Wire: Once the funds have been removed from your trading account, it takes around 3 to 5 working days for international bank wire remittance. Please refer to your bank about the actual time required for processing.

E-wallet withdrawal: Withdrawals via this method have no charges involved and funds will be back in your E-wallet within 2 days.

Debit & Credit Cards: Once the withdrawal has been successfully processed. Refunds will take around 2 to 5 days to reach you. Please note if there is a profit made on your trading account or restrictions which prevent us from returning funds back to your card. We may ask for a valid Bank Statement and return funds to your registered Bank account. If this occurs you would be contacted by one of our payment team.

Please note: If you withdraw funds while you have open positions, please make sure that pre-payment ratio in your trading account is still higher than 100% after deducting the withdrawal amount, otherwise we may not be able to process your withdrawal request.
